Rehabbing a knee/quad after surgery is a lot harder than it looks. It is insane how quickly your quad can get weak from surgery alone. It is mission just to get a sock on and or walking up stairs

Knee surgery
My first knee surgery was yesterday, wasn’t fun, but wasn’t bad either. Only took an hour, and was out of there a bit after lunch time (Memorial Medical Center in Long Beach). Piseth’s Birthday
We went to little Tokyo in LA this past weekend and did some japanese food eating/alchocol drinking/karaoke-ing at Oiwakes. Happy Birthday to my honey! (this Wednesday) Incriminating photos and videos of me singing to come. Having surgery tomorrow on the right knee…woohoo!!
