There is a few helpful resources out there for Flex/AS3, and this is definitely one of them. A nice little FlowContainer component from Eric Cancil!

Cloverfield sucked, sorry it did. Not only was it whole-heartedly bad, but it made a lot of people sick also, my girlfriend included. Yea this problem bit me too for a moment. Httpservice call was working fine on my localhost, then I moved the files online, and BAM!!!, nothing. Â Don’t forget your crossdomain.xml file. If you don’t know what it is, check out Moock’s writeup

This should work with Flex 2 as well. I get frequently distracted by a bunch of other ‘clutter’ when view file and folder names in the Flex Navigator (when Subversion is applied).
